Pork Steaks vary from differnent parts of the pig fro leg all the way through to the shoulder. We personally choose the delicious Loin Steak which is one of the Tenderest parts of the pig. Delicious grilled, Fried or oven cooked.

Our Pork we use are Freerange Blythburgh pigs which remain on their farm until they are 25 to 26 weeks old. This extra time allows a flavour and succulence to develop within the meat that is not found in today’s intensively reared pork. The natural balanced approach to growth of Blythburgh Free Range Pork gives an enriched cooking and eating experience.


Each chop weighs approximately 220-250g & vary in shape
