We supply to wholesale, retail and catering. Our butchers have years of experience, we use traditional techniques to butcher our meat ensuring you get top quality cuts. All our meat, which originates from local suppliers, comes from the adjacent Fowler Brothers EEC approved abattoir, fresh chickens and poultry come from East Anglia. We bone and prepare everything fresh to order. All our sausages, burgers, and kebabs are hand made, including the famous “Burnham Banger”.
