This website is owned and operated by Maravac Meats. (The Secret Butchers) These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors fresh meat and produce. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
Products on arrival & inspection
[i]You are advised to inspect your delivery on arrival. Goods should not be defective upon delivery, it is your responsibility to contact us within 48 hours if you believe any of the products received to be defective on arrival.
[ii]Take clear photographs of the damage and email them to info@thesecretbutchers.com if you believe items are damage upon arrival, Please provide the following in your email
-your order number
-delivery date and any other information that could be useful in satisfying your concerns
Note: Without photographic proof of damage will cannot process a complaint with out this process.
Key commercial Terms offered to customers
When buying an item, you agree that:
[i] you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it
[ii] you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Order Completion Time
The Secret Butchers business working days for orders are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Fridays are not guaranteed to be completed within the same day or the next (This includes collections) and will be completed on the next working day.
For guaranteed delivery before the weekend orders must be placed by Thursday 3:00pm. This ensures we will have enough time to complete your order as well as having the stock to fulfil your order.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
Goods may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the goods and food itself varies in colour, size and quality. Your goods may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our goods are mainly food products and some are cut by hand, all sizes, weights and colours indicated on our website are approximations only unless we state otherwise.

Delivery
We only offer local delivery to our surrounding areas. If your order is out of our delivery zone we will cancel and refund your order.
