What's involved?
Our Butcher, Jason will take you through the steps, to make your very own Free Range Secret Banger. Create your own flavoured Bangers and take home what you make! (5kg of your own sausages)
Jason will prepare Free range Blythburgh pork for the mincer and guide you through different ingredient combos. The fun part is handling the sausage filler, which can be very challenging! Last but not the least, ending with linking your bangers like a professional!
Complimentary dinner which is a steak feast with wines, ales and beers will be provided!
