Pork belly strips are a cut of fatty meat from the belly of a pig. More of a slow cooking time cut of meat when cooked to perfection melts in your mouth. Pork belly is particularly popular in Chinese, Korean and Philippine cuisine.

Our Pork we use are Freerange Blythburgh pigs which remain on their farm until they are 25 to 26 weeks old. This extra time allows a flavour and succulence to develop within the meat that is not found in today’s intensively reared pork. The natural balanced approach to growth of Blythburgh Free Range Pork gives an enriched cooking and eating experience.
